I use this one most frequently because I can change the flavor as needed for my tastes...

PROTEIN BALLS

1 cup protein powder (any flavor)
1 cup uncooked oatmeal (Not Quick Oats...use regular oatmeal)
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup or honey

Mix together well and roll into balls - about the size of a ping pong ball.

Store in a tupperwear or ziplock bag in the refrigerator.

Approx 10 grams of protein each depending on protein powder used.

i Have made dozens of different types over the years.  I have used the graham crackers and ff cream cheese and pineapple and a scoop of unflavored unjury.  I have not tried strawberries before...but I might now!

Mostly I just invent as I go!  I have been blessed when it comes to cooking and can throwthings together in a pinch and they usually turn out pretty good.  Let me see what I can remember or come up with!

Amanda-
The ones I make:

1 cup chocolate protein powder
1 cup peanut butter (I use the regular chunky Skippy, but SF would be "better" for ya)
1/2 cup honey (or SF Maple Syrup...again "better" for ya)

Roll into balls, refrigerate covered....enjoy!

I suppose you could roll them in something to make them pretty/different...but I think they're yum as is.

A nice, easy, tasty recipe that I believe Kat posted some time ago:

1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1 c. chocolate protein powder
6-12 packets of Splenda

Put the peanut butter in a microwaveable bowl -- microwave 15-20 seconds, or until peanut butter becomes a little soft.  Add the other ingredients and form into 1" balls.  Refigerate...they are delish and very filling!  :)

I used to make this one...but can't do the splenda anymore.  That's why I use the SF syrup or honey!  Splenda makes me break out in hives.
