Crushed or not?

Just out of curiosity can we (after 3 years out) take whole calcium tablets or do they still need to be in a powder form (crushed)?

Thanks in advance!

I honestly don't have an answer for you on that.  Have you tried calling your surgeon's office and getting their take on it?

Good luck!  :)

It is all up to your surgeons guidelines.  I personally still take chewable...and will be four years post op in April.

I've been swallowing whole calcium citrate since month #2 after surgery.  :)
