Just wanted to update we have been doing the Biggest losers at the college and we did our weigh in today and I wanted to share that my hard work on the treadmill every eve and the change of diet (back t the basic) has started to pan out I had a 6 pound loss and Im excited and jumping for joy!
I also lost a few inches in the arms and thighs but the rest are the same but thats ok more to work off for the next round of check-ins. These guys are not all that motivated but I try everyday to keep them on top of things and out of the cookie jars so to speak! Its been an on going battle there totally funny oh Im doing great Melinda or prissy they will say and I come up or in and catch them eating things there not supposed to there too funny. But a few of them could stand to gain weight instead of loosing the weight.
Gotta love them though they have been great making me accountable for my choices and thats just what I need!

Ok....You have motivated me.... you have helped me decide to get off my butt and get moving. I have stopped working out, and started eating just about any thing I feel like. I need to stop eating junk and start working out again. I can do it.... I just wish that I had a work out group to hold me accountable. Keep up the great work, and keep us posted! I will have to join a gym again and start working it! It will be spring time before we know it and I cant hide behind big sweaters and jeans for ever!!!
