I have been fighting to get these last two pounds off to be under 200.  I exercise every day and have even changed my exercises around.  Im giving it the rest of then week then I am really going to be going crazy. 
I understand that the last 42 pounds are going to be harder then the first 83 but I have this personal goal and it is so close I can see it. I just cant get there.
  HELP ME!!!!!!!

Up your protein and water intake...this always seemed to help me...and most of all keep a positive attitude.  Your body is just adjusting and you WILL get there!

Oh my GOSH!  me too girlfriend!  i have 10 more lbs to be under 200, and i swear they are NEVER going to leave!  I'll try upping my protein and water as well!  lys

I know this is so frustrating for you!  But keep it up and soon the scale will follow your efforts!  Let us know when you hit onderland!

Dont think about it and go on for a week and think of all positive things! I bet you next week when you get on the scales  walaaaaaaaaaa they will be gone. Do as they have said the upped water and protein and you will be where you want to be  DONT GIVE UP!!!!! Be a BELIEVER.........
