HAPPY HALF WAY DAY YA'LL!
Good evening to you!!!
Speaking up sure works wonders. My day began with working out at the gym.
Then after running an errand, it was off to work. Work was so much better today. I let my supervisor know a few things and was then able to "take the bull by the horns", as Tammy suggested. Thank you, Tammy. My confidence was up and I never felt better.
I was also able to eat the correct way, with no grazing.
Was able to pick up some UVA Women basketball tickets for early February. Two of the guys from the group home and myself are going!!!
After work stopped at pharmacy and store. Home feels so good. Sleep is looking good, as well.
New ER episodes begin tomorrow, which I am looking forward to. With ER ending in February, many of the former cast members are returning.
Not sure what is happening this weekend.
