What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning....
Man, it's chilly out there. Need to get the old blood pumping so I can warm up. But, instead, I'm sitting here in an office (UGH!).
Ok, so last night I go to the gym and do weight work. This was the first time since my surgery last November. The gym I go to has a 20 minute circuit that covers all muscle groups, so I hope on it (having never done it) and was quite surprised by my progress. I had not lost alot of strength. And when I get home, I was tired - a good tired.
HOWEVER....this morning I am feeling it (not too bad, just a little tight)! It's a good feeling. Means that I challenged my body, so I guess I won't complain....too much - haha. I'll just pop 2 tylenol and call it a morning. Oh...and stretch and drink plenty of water.
Anyways......
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? Let's see...the calendar shows 30 minutes on the ellipticle and then 20 minutes of yoga. I AM doing that damned yoga today. I've had 2 other days where I was suppose to do it and something happened that cause me to not do it and be forced to do something else. Come hell or high water.....I'm doing yoga today!

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Just my usual walking today. Since it is not raining I plan on walking in the parking lot at lunch....if I get a lunch. If I do not get a lunch then it will be a walk around rthe neighborhood instead!

Today I left the house & went to lunch. That's progress. That's today. Tomorrow is another day. Its been gorgeous outside. Chill in the air.
