Daily Inspiration - Meditate
Is your life so busy you have trouble taking time for yourself? Do you have a tough time finding quiet moments for introspection? Being too busy to focus on your needs and your spirit is a more serious problem than you may think. It's a subtle form of self sabotage.
Meditating is an easy way to take time for yourself, and it is an activity from which you can reap great rewards. Even investing a small amount of time will help tremendously. There are numerous books written about meditation. Research the subject if you wish, or you may choose to just keep it simple. Try sitting quietly, closing your eyes, and breathing deeply--four counts in and four counts out. In and out.
Action for the day: Find a quiet place and meditate for five minutes today.

Life could not get any better than this!
Oprah is focusing on new lifestyles. On yesterday's show she began with taking a deep breathe and invited the audiance to do the same.
One other thing I learned from watching her show was that one should not identify themselves by what they do, but by who they are. For years I have identified myself as a teacher or as a specialist of a group home. I am more than that, and these 12 weeks off gave the time to figure all of this out.
Thank you for hearing me out.
Peace,
Cindy
