What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Looks like most of us are waking up to a very odd, January, morning.  Who knew that it could be in the 60's in January????  

Did you know that the best way to warm up for aerobic exercise is to start out doing the same exercise you are going to use for your workout. Just do it at an easy pace for a few minutes before you stretch. It’s important to warm up the body before you start your higher intensity workout - it will keep you injury free. Plus, you never want to stretch cold muscles, and this warm up before your stretch is perfect.  

So…what are YOU doing to move today???  

Me? I have a date with the gym today. Cardio (Run) for 30 minutes and then weight training. My goal is to get in more weight training. I’ve been getting lax on it lately.

All this moisture in the air is giving me a fit with my knee so I am taking it easy today.  I have some stretching exercises to do later this evening and other than walking around my building at work and in the parking lot...I am doing nothing!  I will resume the treadmill when my knee feels better.

Walking until I cannot anymore sounds mentally good. Physically I know better. I will do 2 miles rain or not.

Got in my 30 minutes of morning treadmill.  It has been a busy day and I didn't sleep well last night so will hit the bed in a couple of hours.
