Thank you my sweet Prissy...I am trying to take care of me but as a natural care taker it is hard. I always put everyone else first! Thankfully I have Steve and Kara to help me and remind me that I need to put me first sometimes.

Thank you so much and they are much appreciated! Yep, there is a connection. I have had them once before a few years ago. It is partly because we dehydrate so easily and also partly because of our malabsorbtion issues. This time is pregnancy related...I do take in plenty of water each day. I get a minimum of 100 ounces! I am feeling a lot better today but still not 100%!
