Welcome to Sunday
Happy Winter Solstice to all....
Wow, the first day of winter and much of the country is getting their share.
The weekend was nice...On Friday, I met with friends for breakfast and prayer before going to physical therapy. After physical therapy, I ran some errands. Also worked on house cleaning.
Saturday included working at the UVA-Auburn Basketball game. Unfortunately UVA lost. With still being unable to stand for too long, my job was to run an elevator. My endurance must be increasing..two weeks I worked an event and came home hurting and exhausted. After the game, my knee hurt but not as severe as two weeks ago. I woke up well, and ready to go.
Today included making cookies for Christmas while listening to carols. Everyone's house in the neighborhood, looks wonderful.
This week...as Christmas approaches, I am going to work on being in the moment.
