Welcome to Sunday
Good rainy AM. How was your Saturday? Any special plans for Sunday?
Saturday was a long one for me. I did the papers...well, half of them. Steve did help and did the second half of the route before he went hunting. I came home and slept for about two hours before showering and heading off to work. I pulled an extra long day...trying to make some extra money before Froggy arrives. I did an 11 hour shift. Got home and went to visit daddy. Everything looks good and he is in less pain. Came home and crashed until about midnight when it was time to go to work again.
Just got home from work a few minutes ago and thought I would check in. I am getting ready to go to bed for a few hours then go and get returns, finish my Christmas shopping I hope, clean house and do laundry...maybe wrap some gifts, grocery shop, thaw the turkey, visit with daddy and get the billing straight for Monday morning. Not too much...but enough to keep me hopping!

Life could not get any better than this!
Wow, you're one busy lady. We held our annual company party at the local community center last night. I played volleyball, so much fun. The men had a basketball game as usual.
Today, church this morning. Then my mom's party at 2 and then Christmas play at church tonight. So a busy day for me too.
How did I do this preop? I was so sleepy all the time. Now I don't even take a nap (except for a rare occasion). Life is good.

Friday was a HUGE blessing in our lives!!!! I cannot say enough about how blessed we are. I'm so thankful for so much. Details are coming in the near future. I just need to wrap my head around things and get over the surprise part. :)
Our Saturday was jam packed and we loved every second of it! I've been constantly playing Cmas music since Friday night. I heart the classics and its been on non-stop and I think its helping with my mood/finding holiday spirit. The am was spent praying and working on my To Do List. Then mid morning to pm we did a LOT of baking and making gifts for friends and loved ones. I helped mom make some for folks she works with and she's given some out and they LOVE them. :)
I was feeling a bit down yesterday because I was thinking about so much and it was hard to focus and then I got a really nice surprise and it cheered me up. We are so blessed with amazing Angels God has put into our lives. In the pm, the buggas & I went by Target (dollar bin to get a few things) and Walmart (to get a few things) and we used up a McDonald's gift card to get them happy meals (blech). Something I have learned is they only want the chxn nuggets. The fries bite the dust! Ok, wait AND the toys. :P
In the pm, I made yet more things and had fun doing it. I learned some lessons about a few things and I'll just say that I'm glad no one was watching me because I was laughing at myself! The buggas watched Shrek while I cleaned up a bit then it was into jammies and they watched A Christmas Story and conked out. I pushed myself a lot so I ended up taking Tylenol PM for neck/back issues and while journaling I got so heavy eyed then I climbed into bed and conked out.
Today I've been up for several hours and am enjoying the buggas being goofy, loving the rain so much, listening to Cmas music and am about the refill my cuppa and look through the Sun paper. Today will be more making & baking and such. There are a few others things that are supposed to happen but we'll see how the day goes. :)

Good rainy/icy morning to all! by hubby and i got up and went straight to the gym. we've got the sunday school christmas service this am (daughter is a narrator); then i'm helping to throw a Christmas party for preschool staff and their families, i've got to go get the meatballs on in the crockpot and make some deviled eggs! everyone stay safe and DRY! lys
Good morning. I should be in the shower. I overslept today because I was up half the night sick. I am going into work today, then pick up Alex. I really want to just stay in bed as I am feeling not so great right now. I am going to push through it.
When I get home I am going to try to do my walk and just relax. I might be meeting Melanie to pick up some clothes. Will have to see if I am feeling better.

Hello there! I've had a nice day so far. I headed over to my parents house and read the morning paper with them. Then we had some lunch together and I headed back home. I've cleaned and vacuumed and am working on laundry now. I'm planning on relaxing the rest of the afternoon until Nate gets home from work.

Today was like every other Sunday. But lately I've started taking my 3 year old grocery shopping with me (giving my husband a little time alone). A toddler in Wal-Mart is not a pretty sight, even though she is very good.
I'm wondering how I'm going to get everything done next week!

Hi Tammy, Today Sunday ,I went to church then came home and just sat and llisten to Christmas musicand did some much needed praying. Where do you get all that energy girl. Must be those vitiamins you are taking .
My neighbor who was very close to my hubby and I passed away last evening. His family needs prayer and his wife also. They would have been married 61 years on Christmas Day. The viewing will be on Wednesday and the service also, then they will be taken him back to West Virginia for his fianl resting place on Friday morning. Hubby and I willl be going to the service but not West Virginia as my son Chris will be here. Please pray for the family and for his wife.
I have so much to do before Christmas that there just isn't enough time in the day to do it. I have to buy 5 people gifts yet and have no clue what to get them., and I hate shopping this time of the year.
Tomorrow I am going to sleep in and then go out before it gets to busy. I pray you have a good evening and a restful night.
