Thank you Sue and Melissa for posting. It's really easy to be enthusiastic about Zumba@. I have never been a dancer, but Zumba has easy to follow steps and is a BLAST! You find yourself actually looking forward to going for your workout, which is the key, you keep it up! Also, you can vary your workout depending upon how you feel as well as your fitness level. I am 56 years old and can't keep up with the "young'uns" in their 30's, but doing anything is better than nothing!
