I would like to know if it is normal to have another stall and this time has lasted 3 weeks. I can tell that I'm still losing inches, but will the weight still come off. I am getting plenty of protein and water, now I'm going to try and increase my work out to see if it helps. Has this happened to others and is it normal.

It is PERFECTLY normal.  Your body is just catching up.  You are still losing inches you said so you are doing what needs to be done.  You can try changing up your workouts some and make sure you are getting in all of your protein, fluids and vitamins.

Yeah, it is normal. Just keep doing what you are suppose to and you will see the scale move again. I am in a stall myself, so I understand.

Hi, Kelly:  Stalls are very normal.  Your body will take "breaks" occasionally to sort of catch up with everything that is going on.  What has worked for me during these times is measuring myself.  For some reason, while the weight doesn't seem to change, the inches do....and since you are doing that, you probably already know it.  Keep up all of the things that you are supposed to, protein and fluids really do make a difference, and increasing exercise is always a great idea.  Hang in there, and you will find that one day you will step on the scale and things will be moving again!  :)
