AMEN!!  I know the feeling.  I was 414 at my highest, 375 day of surgery and when I made it below 300, it was the best day of my life.  (almost)  I now weigh less then what I did when I moved to MO almost 10 years ago and 19lbs more then what I was when I got married.  Keep up your great work!!
