Just Checking in

Hey guys....

So wow its been an amazing 3 1/2 years!  I was just thinking I used to live on this board but I haven't been here in over a year, possibly 2.  Life has a way of just sweeping you up and taking over.

So those that know me, Kelly and I are divorced now for lots of reasons.  I would never say it was a WLS related divorce as things were wrong so far before that, but WLS certainly helped me regain my confidence and figure some things out. 

I broke my ankle two years ago and put on about 15lbs, I've had the worst time trying to get it off.  I was reading the post about jerky and vitamin water thinking those empty calories in beverages are my down fall.  I haven't gone back to drinking soda but vitamin water I love, and gatorade.  Maybe I'm back trying to figure out how to get back on track. 

Anyway, I missed you guys.  My job has me on the road so much its ridiculous, but I love it!  I hope those of you who know me who were such a big part of my life are all doing great and loving life like I am!
