I've never been a size 8!  Way to go.

Understand the bathroom problem, I am beginning to have a bit of a problem myself I willl drink more water.  The Dr. had me take stool softeners after surgery because it got so bad.  If I could stay home I would do that again, but I am on the run all the time, don't have time for "the runs".
