Good am,

How are ya'll doing? Lovely I hope
. How was your weekend? Friday am into pm was great. Got a lot accomplished. The pm was not very good but I managed to get through it. Saturday was rainy, dreary and eerily warm in temp around here. The buggas, Mom and I went to Kayla's school for their Harvest Festival. It was a great time! There were tons of activities and everyone enjoyed themselves. Saturday pm we had dinner and watched Ghost Busters II and conked out. Sunday the weather really cleared up and turned into a very, very nice and breezy/sunny Sunday. Dad, the buggas & I went grocery shopping for the week, came home and unloaded them and while the buggas played next door we cut the grass. The yard looks beautiful. :) Once I got a few minutes to relax I went outside with the buggas & friends and enjoyed the beautiful Fall day outside and listened to nature and watched it too. Can you believe there are STILL butterflies!!??!! Oh yeah! Sunday pm we got Kayla, Nora & Jonathan dressed for Trunk or Treat and headed off for church. There was a nice dinner after registration then we did several great activities and sat down for some live music, a magician/juggler then prizes were given away and the kids then went trunk or treating!! Too kewl, lots of fun and they looked really great in their Halloween Costumes. :) Got home just after 7 pm to have a snack (for me protein drink) and then it was off to bed. Really blessed and happy about it. Surely made up for Friday.

What's on the books for your Monday? I'm about to wake Kayla up for school and get her day going. I've already made coffee and straightened up a few things. I've got some phone calls to make, got some work to get done. nature time for a walk/play with Nora, some chores to do around the house, waiting on a delivery and more. I hope everyone has a GREAT Monday! Remember to take care of yourselves so that you can take care of others. "Your reservoir will only be full when you take time to fill it."

Hi Lys,

Glad to hear you had a great weekend as well. Church was fun last pm for sure and that the buggas were happy, smiling and having the best time is what meant the most. Well, I'd say enjoy Jury Duty but I've been there and its not a joy. Have the best day you can. :)

Good morning, beautiful.  Glad your weekend was nice and a bit accomplished.  I know it feels great.

Friday PM was pretty good...nice and relaxing for me.  Just chilled and watched a movie, really.  Nothing too big.

With the rain on Saturday, our weekend plans were changed up a bit, but I think it worked out OK.  I got up and did a few things around the house.  Then Kara and I went to work so we could not have to do it Sunday.  We picked up Adam and had a nice AM.  I dropped them off at the movie theater to meet some friends and met Steve and my dad for lunch.  I finished work then got some errands done and some Christmas shopping done.  I greatly enjoyed walking around the mall alone and window shopping with no pressure to buy everything in sight!  Steve and my dad went shopping on their own, which was nice, too.  We headed home to a peaceful evening before going back to work.

Yesterday was awesome!  Steve, Kara, Adam and I went to Busch Gardens for the last day of the season.  We walked around, the kiddos rode some rides, we window shopped, I got one Christmas present since they were having a 30% off sale for pass members, and we walked some more.  Usually I would say that was a great thing for all of us but not so much this time.  I got in the bed at 11 and by 11:45 I was pacing the floor...where I have been all night.  I have been pacing and drinking milk and eating bananas!  Yep...MASSIVE leg cramps have ruled the evening.  I have yet to go to bed.  Steve just got home so he will be heased to bed for an hour or so and I am about to wake Kara up then head to bed once she gets off to school.  I am praying for some rest and that the leg cramps are gone!  I am going to work in a bit...but can't handle doing it right now,  I will work late to flex the hours.

Today's plans are shot as of now...sleep, work, more work, even more work then sleep again.  Kinda boring!

Love ya!

Hi Tammy,

Glad ya'll had a nice weekend and you got some alone time and shopping in. I'm going to message you about the leg cramps. I need to look at a couple things first. In any event, please call your OB and let them know. Hope you get some rest. Hugs...

Hey beautiful!  I called Steve so many times last night not knowing whether or not to call the OB office!  I didn't  call but I have just put in a call and left a message.  I will call you later to let you know what they say.  Thanks so much!  You are a lifesaver...I need the reminders to call when things happen!  True friend!

I'm going to email you a few things. I had Potassium issues with Nora and I documented them well. Its GOOD that you called. Things are VERY different in our preggers journey following WLS. Plus, with your heightened status in pregnancy NOTHING is too trivial to call over. TRUST ME!

I NEED to get over that.  I always feel like I am calling about stupid stuff!  I am home today and probably NOT going to work.  I am still in a lot of pain so I will so the billing then rest.  Need to see what the doc says.  I have an appt with Dr. T this Friday.  I am looking forward to that.  I had to get a potassium iv solution once before and honestly I could not take it.  It burned like crazy.  I got about 1/2 way thru then made them stop it.  I pray they have something better this time around!

PLEASE check your home email. I've put some great things in there for you. My personal experiences and the potassium IV isn't great but there are now other things they can do. I'm about to click send.

Good morning everyone. Sorry to hear your not feeling so great Tammy.
I had a very nice weekend. My aunt from Florida was here. On Friday we went to the pumpkin patch. Saturday we went to Potomic Mills. Sunday I worked and then went over to visit and have a nice dinner. Hubby is on the way to the airport now to drop off my aunt. Had a great time! Hope everyone has a great Monday. I am going to bingo tonight to celebrate a friends birthday. Wish me luck!
