14 Months Sober!!!

Good am all,

I'm happy to report that I'm 14 months sober today! I'm smiling and happy about reaching yet another month of sobriety. Now that I've gotten past the first year and am into the 2nd year I have been able to view things in a different light.

This am I was woken up by my beautiful buggas. We laid in bed and talked and laughed. We got up and I cooked some breakfast, put on a pot of coffee, washed some dishes and loaded the dishwasher. The buggas were painting pictures and eating and we have been enjoying one another this am. In a few hours we are off to a Harvest Festival which is being held indoors since its raining here. The buggas are excited as am I.

I'm so thankful for my sobriety and the journey as a whole. Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Just wanted to share. :)

I am SO PROUD of YOU!  I got online this AM just to post this for you and you beat me to it!  You are such an inspiration to us all.   You have made it this far so now the sky is the limit.  I know times get hard and it is trying sometimes and your mind really wants to step backwards but you have prevailed.  I can't wait to celebrate 14 years sobriety with you!  Have a wonderful day and we will get a drink to celebreat...a cuppa that is!

Congrats!!! my friend Im very proud of you, your doing wonderfully and the worst id over now. But Im here everyday you need the support because I know the trials and errows we go through to be sober everyday. So go out and celabrate today w/ that cuppa jo and have fun with the buggas.

I heart the quote "My worst day in sobriety is better than my best day drunk." I celebrated with my beautiful buggas, had cuppas with Dad and enjoyed nature! What's better? The Lord keeps blessing my life!

I am so proud of you Kat that I could burst!  That is such a great accomplishment to have gone over the one year mark and still not only managing it but being joyful about it!!

Congratulations Kat! You are more than successful in so many things, just as you are in your sobriety! I am very proud that you overcame your addiction and proud of who you are. I know we don't speak as much now, but just know that I think of you often, continue to be amazed by your success and pray for nothing but continuance of all those successes! You are a definite inspiration in so many areas!
