Recommendations? Doctors and Personal Trainers?

I live in NoVa, Springfield to be exact. I'm looking for a new PCP and, more importantly, a personal trainer. I lack, currently, the internal motivation I had 5 years ago but I am hoping I'm not a lost cause. I would love to find a trainer who is used to dealing with WLS patients.

Any ideas?

Also, a PCP that takes BCBS suggestions would be great!

Hi! i live in alexandria, i belong to Mt Vernon Athletic club, so probably not a great drive for you! my trainer actually has left the gym, but there is one named John Lytle there who is fabulous! Welcome to the VA board, i don't think i've met you before. Lys
