What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning Fitness Fanatics......
Happy October 1 to you! I know*I know....I've been MIA for almost a month now. No, I did not need a break. i work fo rthe government and the month of September is crazy for us as it is the end of the fiscal year and I have to spend as much of the Command's money as possible....UGH! It means LOTS of hours.
So...I must admit. Not much exercise from this gal over the past 30 days. Heck, I barely had time to even play (even though I did go on a ride last weekend).
But...now that my challenge is over, it's time to hit the pavement again.
So, what am I doing to move today??? After work, I'm heading for the gym. 30 minutes of cardio and a 1 hour toning class to kick things back into gear.
