One more post update on dr appt Friday

Got my lab work back and it was all wonderful. Thank God! Yippy. This feeding tube means something after all. I have all liquid vitamins going through the tube and everything in that aspect is "normal" Jeanine has me journaling when I get sick and what I am eatting and how feeling so we can see if there is a pattern. I am also on a new nausea medicine. Today has been a horrible day with my sisters miscarriage and I am vomitting like crazy and have not had anything at all to eat or drink yet. I just got home and hubby is fixing me some refried beans. So life sometimes is so tough. I wish I could take my sisters place. Please pray for her. She is so devestated.

I know things are tough right now for the family but please keep yourself upand eating and drinking when you can. Your health is important to sweetie. It wont be long that old feeding tube will be out and you wont have to worry about it. I was glad to get mine removed. Hang in there!!!

Brooke - so sorry to hear about your sisters miscarriage.  that is truly devastating.  she is in my prayers.  Glad to hear your labs were good.  lys

Brooke, try to remember to take care of yourself.  At least try the fluids, you don't want to get dehydrated.  Will be keeping you guys in my prayers.

thank you ladies. I am headed over to my sisters to clean up the mess so she does not have to deal with it. Shes at my moms house. My husband packed me a huge bottle of ice water and protein bars. So I should be good to go. I really appreciate all the prayers. thank you

I am so sorry to hear about your sister's miscarriage. I have had three miscarriages in the past and each one was devastating because a part of me had died. Even if she only knew for a couple of days, the joy and planning  in your head that happens in those two days is phenomenal. Your sister needs to mourn   - her loss is very real - and nothing you will say will make her feel better. I remember people telling me how it was for the best - well know what? - I will never be convinced that is true. So acknowledge her pain and let her know you will be there for her if she needs anything.  It is a tough time for her and knowing you will be there to listen to her will help her more than you know. She may even be depressed for a while so your patience and understand ing will be needed...

thanks Jackie. I have heard people say its for the best. Thats bull crap to me. I would NEVER say that to anyone. I just got back from visiting her. She is doing ok. We go to the doctor tomorrow to make sure everything is ok. Not sure what they will do, but I will be there for her.

no hair cut yet. Been with my sister all weekend. Things are kinda on hold right now. One crisis at a time. Will get done soon though. thanks
