IT'S TOTALLY TUESDAY YA'LL!!!
Post Date: 9/23/08 3:39 am
Good am!
How are ya'll doing? Great I hope! How was your first day of Fall? Ours was chock full of activities and I LOVED the weather! Cool to warmer as the day progressed with continuing breezes into the pm. Started off with some playtime out back before school with the buggas showing me their tricks on the swingset. Off to school with Kayla then Fantasia 2000 rang througout the house with Nora. Managed to get a couple errands done, swiped a friend for a doc's appointment, saw my doc at during the same time, dropped off my friend then headed for one more errand. Got back home in time for lunch and a nap for Nora. The pm was loaded with more playtime and homework in the gazebo. We lit tiki torches to ward of the pesky vermons swarming around us and had great laughs and then a little more playtime before showers, jammies and bedtime. I even went to bed a little early. I was incredibly sleepy. Its caught up with me from the last few of not sleeping well. Slept with the windows open and its GREAT this am too. :)
What's on the books for your Tuesday? Going to get some work out of the way then I'm focusing on chores. We're making some repairs to the house towards the end of the week including some painting. So, I want to have everything as clean as possible before then. I hope to be able to find a couple books on the hunt for along with working on my list for the holidays. I hope to be able to get some solace time in as well. I love to push myself and my back & neck and fussing at me this am.
Today is a new day with hope, chances, choices and changes to be made. I hope that each and everyone of you can find something about yourself that you are totally stoked about and share it with others. Telling our stories and sharing our journeys is one of the best ways to stay connected and grounded. I've been thinking a lot about my "garden" as I refer to it and I'm really thrilled with the flowers in it. I've done will weeding it and really & truly love having such a supportive garden. So, thanks!!!
Hugs & all the jazz!!!

Good AM beautiful.
I was loving the first day of fall! The weather was absolutely georgeous. The day started as usual...me up before anyone and I snuck in a nice leisurly walk around the block. Home for a shower then to wake Kara and Steve up for school/work. Steve had an appointment yesterday for his injections and I think that went really well. We will know in a day or two but so far, so good. My hormones are really kicking in and yesterday was horrible for them. I was moody as all get out. Steve "forgot" what time it was and did not come to pick me up from work so I walked home. Then as soon as I got there I had to leave to go and do the billing. I know in my mind he had a major medical procedure done but in my messed up way of thinking right now I don't think there was any excuse for him not to be there waiting for me to walk out the door. So my night was filled with bickering with him, billing, trying to eat something for dinner that would actually stay down then collapsing in the bed from mental exhaustion. I did finally get some eggs in about 9 PM and thankfully they stayed down.
On the books for today is a brand new start. I got a walk in before the usual routine. Kara has a field trip today so it was getting her all ready for that and off to work with Steve. We have a celebration for someone here at the office today as she is moving to GA tomorrow so that should be fun. Who doesn't love a party, right?? Tonight I need to get caught up on all the paperwork that Steve has let slide for five days (oh what fun I will be having!) and a trip to Wal Mart is in order, too. We need bread, milk, protein shakes, etc so I am sure this will turn out to be an all out expensive shopping trip. At least I will have help to get it all in the house!
Love you much!

Morning Beautiful! Yesterday was absolutely gorgeous wasn't it. We have had out windows open too and have been enjoying the weather. Sounds like you had a great day!!!!
My day ended up pretty well. After leaving the doctor, contacting work, etc. I headed home for a bit then back out to get my prescription. Also hit the library and got some romance novels. I love romance novels & the chance to escape into another world. Also hit the store real quick for some craft supplies for a wedding gift for my hubby's brother who is getting married next month. After coming back home I did some work from home & then took a short little afternoon nap on the couch enjoying the breeze. After hubby got home we had dinner then headed out for a walk, our intentions were to hit the ice cream stand and get some sherbert to soothe my slightly sore throat but we forgot that they are closed on Mondays now that school has started. Hit the bed with windows open and really slept good.
Today will be some more work from home. A nice relaxing bath for some me time. Some work on projects I want to get done. Tonight we will attend the viewing for my hubbys coworker. Nothing major on the books as I just sit home & get better. The funny thing about it is that I really don't feel all that bad, so glad I followed my instincts and went to the doctor so that we caught it before it got bad. Hope you have a great day!!! Love you much!!!!!

Good morning ladies! I have been sitting next to my open windows and loving the cool breeze. On my books for today is just to clean. I am having my mother in law over for dinner tomorrow night so everything has to be perfect. I am not sure what to cook yet. I am still very nauseous and cooking makes me sick so I need something easy so my hubby can make it if I am to sick. I think I will look over at the recipe boards and see if anything is easy. Then I also need to go to Food Lion to pick it up. So a pretty relaxed day I think. Hope everyone has a great day!

Happy Fall to all...
Today started out with a cup at my favorite spot. Then to work. At work, I was able to get some things off my chest. By the end of the day, I felt better than in a long time. On the way home, stopped at the hospital to visit a friend. Glad I did, because he said that he was lonely. Grabbed a smoothie at the hospital cafeteria. Delicious and healthy.
One more day of work this week...Thursday is pre-op physical and Joint Camp.
Brooke, hope that your dinner goes well tomorrow.
Peace, Cindy
