Gas prices too high? Driving out again once you have got home too much effort? Not been to a support group in a while but can use a phone and can call in and never leave your seat? Want to connect with people but shy? Need support from other weight loss surgery people? Just want to get together and talk about weight loss related things?

Well here is your answer!!!

In addition to the in-person support group Sue and I run in Fredericksburg, VA, Obesity Freedom is pleased to announce its new Telephonic Support Group meeting to be held every last Monday of each month. Our first call starts this Monday, September 29th at 7.30pm - 8.30pm. Call in details are:

This is awesome! I don't really like going out to meetings and would much prefer to be in my jammies curled up by the fireplace with the weather coming up. I can't wait to do this! Please keep the reminders coming and I am so there!
