It's official; I'm now a certified Zumba Gold Instructor!

Yep, I drove 340 miles each way to Kannapolis NC to take a one day workshop to become a certified Zumba Gold instructor. This means I can teach people who have not been active for awhile as well as Active Older Adults and physically challenged clients. Who would have ever thought I would get up at 1am Saturday morning, drive to NC and do a class from 8am-6pm and become a gym rat at 56 years old!
