WELCOME TO MONDAY YA'LL!!
Yesterday I was at Target by 8:15 so I could get one of the WiiFits that they got in for this week's promotion. Also did the grocery shopping while I was out, noticed that now that I'm on Solid food I basically only have to shop for my husband since I can take just a tiny portion of his food - Awesome!
The In-laws were here Thurs - Sat and I guess entertaining 24/7 3 weeks after surgery was a bit much, since I was just exhausted yesterday and after setting up my new toy and practicing a bit, I just chilled out for the rest of the day :)
Today my goal is to get in at least a 30 minute work-out and to eat all my meals and drink all my protien. I've had a hard time getting in all my meals, and since I have to have at least 102g of protien a day, that can be a chore - I'm doing my best, but damnnnnn -
Hope you all have an awesome day!

Isn't the amount of food wild? I do the same thing, especially if we are out to dinner. I'll grab a smaller meal and add a spoonful of his veggies to my plate. :) And if I do order fullsize, then I have leftovers for days! :)
24-7 after 3 weeks - you ARE ambitious. Shoot, I didn't get back to my regular running speed for nearly three months. I thought I'd never stop being tired. It sounds like you are bounding ahead! Go on with yourself! :)
I think month #1 it fetl like a full time job keeping up with the eating, drinking, protein and vitamin schedule. Hang in there - it will start to become second nature and you'll get better and better about fitting everything in each day.

Good afternoon, beautiful. Sorry I am running so late today but I am dragging some serious butt! You know about Friday and Saturday for me. Spent the better part of Sat with no phone then lost power, too. Spent some time at moms so we didn't have to pay the gas for the generator. Really enjoyed the cuppas and visiting with you and Nora and loved the discussion on the tour. We DEFINATELY will be doing that soon!
Well, I worked all night Sat night/Sun morning. It was supposed to be Me,Steve, Kara and Adam but when I took him by his house to take his contacts out I was talking to his mom (now a really good friend) and she came with us. Steve had driven seperately so when we got everything loaded I had him do the biggest stop and one other that I hate doing then he went home to repack the truck for the races and get some sleep, We had a blast talking and singing to the radio...good times for sure. Sunday I got home just in time to take a shower before meeting Jacque and Mike from Va Beach. She is 5 years post op and we have been parking beside each other every May and September for many years. Great people. We spent the morning shopping and cooking then the afternoon watching the races. It was an awesome race! We had about an hour in between races and fixed dinner then and then it was back in the track. I finally went to bed about 1130 and was up at 3 after tossing and turning most of the night.
On the books for today is picking up Karen (my adopted sister) to go and finish the billing with me then home to fix dinner, check homework and complete the paperwork/computer entry and get a deposit ready for the bank. After that I plan on going to bed and falling asleep****ching tv...but it probably won't happen.
Hope all goes well with K today. Give her a big hug and kiss from us, and Nora, too.
Love you much!

What a beautiful day it was...warm and sunny!!! Despite the flooding from Hanna, the rain really cleared the air. Please send thoughts and prayers to the people of Haiti. Hanna devistated the country and many people are suffering. My church adopted a church in Haiti, and the one thing they need the most is food.
Today I was able to get things going for upcoming knee surgery. Prior to surgery I need to attend Joint Camp. In two weeks I will be attending the class in the morning and having a pre-op physical in the afternoon. Surgery is scheduled for October 13th. Since I live alone, I may go to rehab following surgery. This surgery could help me loose more weight.
Peace to all!!! Cindy
