What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning Fitness Fanatics!

We are almost at the end of the work week.  Actaully, for me..it is the last day of the work week - YEAH!!!!!

Looks like we may have to workout indoors today, unless your physical activity is to dodge the various rain showers - haha.

So...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Well...it was suppose to be a rest day, but the guys want to go tot he gym tonight, so I'll go and walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes.  Nothing exciting.  And I might take Body Pump class to work on my muscles.  We'll see.  I know if I do it today, that will be one less thing that I have to do tomorrow and I have a lot to do tomorrow in preparation of our camping trip this weekend.

Went to the gym walked the treadmill for 35 mintues and 5 mintues cool down. Then I did the lower body workout. Felt good afterwards.
