I actually jam out to Boss Kean's Ditch, Motley Crue, Metallica, Guns and Roses, Aerosmith, etx.  Basically, I like anything that I know all of the words to and is fast and upbeat.  I run more than anything and I need soemthing to really help me keep the pace.  I do six miles in under an hour almost every day of the week.

Hi, Lys:

When I am walking, I like to keep a good, steady, fast, beat that I can walk in step with, so here are 5:

Band of Gold, Kimberley Locke
Billie Jean, Michael Jackson
Bleeding Love, Leona Lewis (not too fast, but good beat)
Dancing in the Streets, Martha Reeves & The Vandellas
Everlasting Love, Gloria Estefan

There are a bunch more, but I have them alphabetically on my ipod, and those are the first five that I like.

Not to sure how it would be exercising too but I am totally addicted to 2 groups/singers. First is "Cake". I just love their melodies and how they sing and secondly, "Jason Mraz". He's a local Mechanicsville guy but his voice is UNBELIEVABLE. Listen to his new song, "I'm yours". Also, as Cindy said, Leona Lewis is great and Maroon 5, you can't go wrong with.
