IT'S TOTALLY TUESDAY YA'LL!!
How are ya'll doing? Wonderful I hope. How was your Monday? Mine was really nice and really loving. It was my one year marker for reaching sobriety and I really got some touching thoughts, messages, calls and gifts. I am thrilled to have made it and today is another day in which I am embracing what comes my way. I really took the day to reflect on a lot over the last year (and longer) and I've truly been able to see so much through writing/journaling and such.
What's on the books for your Tuesday? For me, I've been up for a bit now cleaning and getting this day going. That'll carry on through the morning along with some phone calls and errands. I have an unexpected appointment today to talk with my doc about a few things. I hope and pray it goes smoothly and then back home to enjoy the afternoon and buggas. I'm gearing up for school starting next week so we're working on bedtime and also last minute school supplies and clothes/shoes.

Let's see....lots to do today here in the office. But, that's a good thing! Keeps me out of trouble - haha.....
Made my appt yesterday with Dr. K for my next round of plastics....November 17th wil lbe the big day. Lipo and new boobs. Can we say - YEAH!!!!! I'm SO excited. Hopefully I can make it that long - haha. have too....work schedule dictates.
And remember the infamous dog from a few weks ago - the one that broke my hear to not get.....well, I swear that he is back at animal control. His pic is posted on their website. He got there yesterday, so John is going over this morning to put our name on the list for him. no idea why he is back, but I SWEAR it is him. Kinda ticks me off, because no matter what his problems are, we would have worked with him instead of just passing him around like an unwanted step child. But...cross your fingers, becuase I think it was meant to be. We shall see.
If not, John and I have decided that we will go back to the breeder we got Roxy from and get one this Fall. It's apparent to us that we are ready for another one. Good thing I'm married to an animal lover - haha.
Not much else in my life today. Just trying to be me.

I hope and pray ya'll get the dog. I cannot for the life of me understand why some folks treat pets as trash. :( I know all the sob stories etc but they are FAMILY too. Ugh! Either way I hope things work out well for ya'll getting a lil' fella.
Know whatcha mean bout being "me" cause I gotta say there's NO ONE better than you being YOU! I'll keep you posted on the doc thing.

I was sick most of the day and nothing wanted to stay down. I finally ended up eating some saltines and had a little ginger ale and that seemed to help, but not 100%. Steve went with me to work last night and we had a great time, even though I felt like crap. Most of the stores are having their summer clearence sales so of course I had to "look" when I went in. Rite aid had 75% off so I got me some flower pots with frogs on them and some pot huggers, too. I spent a whopping $6.25 and came out with a huge bag full! CVS is having a pretty good sale, too. We have been wanting to get another cooler since we use them so much and found a really nice big igloo one so we snactched it up for $8.00! We also got a small patio table and some tiki torches and some citrinolla candles, too. Then we went home and vegged before going to bed around 9:30. I crashed hard and slept very well for a change, I am sure it is because of the storms. It sounded great.
Today is working late (gotta get some OT in) and then I need to head to Costco for gas, pictures and a few odds and ends. No other really big plans but hoping for a fairly stress free day. Let me know if you are free and want to head to Costco with us.
