Aww how cute, you even match your hat and shorts, isn't your wife proud!!??

Do you have the Nike+ that goes with the IPOD and attaches to your shoe, if your a gadget geek like me... I HIGHLY reccomend it ...

Blair... Don't let the websites fool you .... you DO NOT need the Nike shoe for this nike+ to work.
It's a plug in chip that goes on the bottom of your IPOD and then a little sensor that goes in a pouch and attaches to your shoe. I Think it's about 30 bucks.
Then when your done with your runs, you just sync your IPOD and boom it uploads time, distance, calories, pace etc to the Nike+ website and you can geek out over the stats and stuff.
You can join challenges with folks all across the globe, create training plans ... all kinds of cool stuff!!! Can you tell Im addicted???
