Daily Inspiration - Rescue yourself

Rescue yourself.

Do you sometimes feel like you just want someone to come into your life and solve all your problems? A new relationship to make you happy, a new boss to replace the current micro-manager, a new neighbor who will go for a walk with you in the evenings.

You can choose to stay trapped in your disappointing situation. OR&you can change jobs, make new friends, or find a way to make exercise fun--even if you have to do it alone. You can refuse to slip into self pity, learn to be forgiving, or work on expressing your feelings in a healthy way.

Action for the day: Today, think of ways you can rescue yourself.

I completely agree.  This one hits home for me and my own personal struggles.  Definately makes me rethink things.....

I love to travel, but this trip totally sucked.  There was no gym and it was so hot and humid that the best I could do was walk in the mall.  I found my self many days sitting in the room, grazing and reading a book....not good.  Not only did I come home with some great ideas and some training, I also came home with a few pounds....UGH!

So....I'm off to the gym to get them off.

Plus...with animal man Blair, I've got to be able to keep up with him at the end of the month - haha.
