Hello and a milestone!

Well, I'm back and had a wonderful weekend in CT.  I got to see all the family and it was a very happy time for me.  Getting back to work today was another story though... sigh...  This week and next week is shaping up to be another overwhelming and stressful one, but I'll hang in there.  I'm going to try and dedicate a bit more time to sleeping and will have to catch up on all the posts I've been missing and will miss this weekend.

Alas, I've hit another milestone and wanted to share with you all.  I've done a photo collage, my first before and after shots side by side.  Yeay!  I'm down 151lbs now and am feeling fantastic.  It's so enlightening to look at my photos this way because you can really see the difference.  And I'm feeling like a new woman these days.  Hugs and love to all.  Thanks for being the bestest friends a girl could have since my journey started!

Oh my goodness Lauren - just look at you!! I remember when you were first starting out on your journey! You look fabulous! It is like seeing a flower opening and coming to life! You should be so proud of yourself because you did this on your own!! You chose what to put in your mouth every day!

Welcome back!  You have been missed but I am glad you had a good time.  Seeing your family is a great thing...especially when you do not live near them.  You look wonderful.  Keep up the good work!  Can't wait to catch up and hear all about your trip.  Hope things cool off at work soon and you can relax.
