How are ya'll doing? Good I hope. How was your Monday? Ours/mine was once again busy with chores, laundry, worik/to do list items, catching up on some things from the weekend, my neck/back acting up again and the passing of a wonderful friend's father in the later pm. I am praying she can get home to be there with family and partake in the services to see her father to his final resting place. Prayers there for sure.

What's on the books for your Tuesday? Gotta lot to do today so I'm going to plug through them and nurse my neck/back both of which are feeling better (if I'd listen) this am. Going to catch up with a few folks I've been missing and make the very best of this day I've been blessed waking into. Hope the same for ya'll as well.

My Monday was pretty good.  Finished up at work, hit the gym for a nice workout.  Was a bit bummed,  they are getting some new equipment in & a lot of my favorite machines are gone.  Had to revamp my workout.  Will probably have to do it again once the new stuff gets in so I am trying to be patient and optimistic.  I liked my old familiar machines.  Afterwards headed home for a quiet evening.  Hubby worked really late so we had a late, light dinner then relaxed a bit & hit the bed early.

On the books for today is work, then some time tonight with the girlies.  Hope you have a great one!!!!  Love you much.

Yes, my day was good! :) I am listening I'm working on a few things before I take steps to hit up a specialist. You're right I suppose giving up some chores for a bit won't kill me (ok in my brain they will lol).

Good morning, sunshine.  Monday was ok...hectic as usual.  Got home about 7ish and had to finish the paperwork and all that fun stuff.  had a snack for dinner...even though I cooked for everyone else.  It was late and I didn't want to eat and then jump into bed so I had a protein bar!  I did some laundry, too. 
Today's books seem much lighter and like it will be a more relaxing day for sure.  I am working till 5 or 530 then home to fix a nice dinner, cut the grass, finish the never ending laundry pile and relax with the family.  I have told them all we will be taking our nature walk this evening if it is not too hot and they all happily agreed.  I am looking forward to it. 
It is supposed to be a really HOT one today so I got my running in early.  It was so pretty this morining I sat on the patio and hade my cuppa (ran to 7-11 then walked home to enjoy my peace, quiet and alone time.  Steve came and joined me when he got home.  It was all good till we had to shower and get ready for work!
Get that neck checked out!  You should go and see Dr. Rulli.  He is a miracle worker!  Let me know if you need anything.

Hope you get all done that you are wanting to. Its supposed to thunderstorm this pm so I may get some things done out and about as well before then. I think I need another walk as I'm trying to clear my head and reason with someone's comments. Thanks for the tip on Dr. Rulli. Where's he located?

I feel like I do not have any time right now! Work is tough as we are all still working under the theat that the unions may strike. They are still negotiating but working without a contract so could walk at any time - so I may lose my vacation next week - whether they strike or not as we have all vacation canceled until settlement........I will have to take everyone down to Ocean City and then come back - that will break my heart!  If they do strike I am on 12 hour days for 13 days before I get a day off - but while they negotiate our lives are on in limbo! I hate that they do this to us every few years - they have way more job security than management have! Anyway whine over!

So today is just yet another busy day with too much to do and not enough time to do it in. Yesterday was the same and tomorrow may be just as bad. I think Thursday is going to be a lighter day - fingers crossed!

My Monday was a day from HELL. Short story is we have 3 cars. One was in the shop for a trans leak, hubbys car got a flat and he couldn't change the tire so called me to get him..then the convertible would not start...

I got new eyeglasses and after many adjustments I decided that my vision was just not sharp enough. America's Best gladly let me order a new pair,different frame since I think the no line bifocals did not work in the tiny oval frame I picked out originally.
Feeling sad for our friend who lost her Dad. Being so far from home is rough on her. At least he is in no more pain. Prayers for all involved that their hearts may heal.

I did get a call for a job interview. I had it this morning. I'm hoping to be working for the City of VA Beach, before and after school program kids care.Wish me luck.

Did I tell y'all I bought an Ice Cream maker? An OH member "EGGFACE" has a great blog site with tons of recipes. (I used one for Jackies BBQ) Michelle makes sugarfree protein ice cream.

Wow sorry bout the vehicle break downs! Bummer! Hope things are getting fixed. Hope your glasses are better this time as well.

Yep prayers going out for her big time. I've heard from her a couple times and she's posted something (take a read if you have a minute) and I'm really praying for her. She's an AMAZING connection. :)
