What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics......

What a glorious day........ok...that sounded WAY too chipper.  But, today is my Friday and let me tell you...after the week I have had, I need it to be Friday - haha.

So...what are YOU doing to get the old blood pumping???

Me?  I'm excited.  I joined Gold's gym yesterday - actually, me AND my family.  So....tonight I'm heading over for a zumba class and a yoga class.  I'll have a little time in between and may work on my arms (like they need the work.....). 

So....until tomorrow.....

I went to the gym tonight. I got there later then I wanted so I pushed in 1 mile on the treadmill in about 18 minutes.  I wanted to attend a Body Flow class that incompessed Thai Chi, pilates, and yoga in one.  I am not sure about the class. One I do not think I am ready for it.  And I do not feel like I got a good work out today because of the class.  I will need to stengthen my legs and arms. The remove more of this wieght before I will feel comfortable with it.  But then again, I may go back to it, because I want to conquor it.  Maybe doing to treadmill was to much before it.  But i do know all the movement was making me nauseated and getting up and down I was getting really dizzy. It was weird.  So maybe it is best I lay off the class for right now.
