I was just thinking about you and here you are posting.  Did you get the nectar samples in?  How did they work for you?

----Hi there Melissa.    I have not been able to get online as much as I have wanted these last few weeks.   Has been rather hectic.   Yes, I did receive the samples of nectar from the Vitalady.   It isn't nearly as bad as the protein shakes made with milk, but I get about  half way down and can't seem to do it.    I have been in contact with my dietician, but nothing really has changed.   She sent me two samples of something that is 15 grams but that was real nasty.   I tried the caribean cooler and it made me sick.   I still have 4 strawberry kiwi's and one fuzzy navel.    I mix them with 12 oz of water with a stiring spoon.  The vitalady told me not to mix them in blenders due to foam.   I am going to try to mix real strawberries in with this tomorrow......  Thank you so much for thinking about me.    I hope to be in touch again soon..........Take care.........

I am sorry you are not able to tolerate it.  Stawberry Kiwi is my favorite one.  maybe try mixing it with 16 oz of water instead.  that may help take the taste down some.  You can go 8-16 oz.  I use a blender bottle, and yes they do get foamy.  Good luck!!

Thank you.   I will try tomorrow with 16 oz.    I really want to be able to get this into me.   I am going to check into the GNC store tomorrow to see if they carry any nectar products.   I  will be back in touch on kiwi tomorrow with 16 oz or so.    Hoping so much for this to be the "one".    For almost 5 months now, I have struggled with this part only.   Geez!!!!

I would call GNC first before you go.  They carry the product on their website, but not always in the store.  Do you have a Vitiamin Shoppe near you?  They do carry Nectar. 

We don't have a Vitamin Shoppe anywhere nearby.    I am going shopping this morning right next to the GNC store so I will stop in and check them out.    If not, and I tolerate better the kiwi, then I will settle and order more from vitalady.
Thank you so much for letting me know about the nectar to begin with.   I have lost another 3 lbs this week.    But I can tell you my energy level is NOT where it should be so I must get in gear!!!!  I go back to school on Aug 14th, and I am going to need every ounce of energy with the upcoming children that I will be having.....lol........thanks again.......will be in touch later today......

Good Luck!  Before you buy from vitalady the container, go to http://www.allstarhealth.com/.  Someone posted this recently.  You can get the container for 32.40 and that is with shipping.  That is about what I pay at the vitamin shoppe.  Shipping is only 5.95.  So $26 for a container is pretty cheap for the product.  Put Syntrax in the seach engine and it will pull it up.
