What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Hi Everyone.....

What a morning already!  Having a hard time today and trying to keep it together (long story), and I can already feel my planned physical activity wavering....so...we shall see how this day pans out.

But...what are YOU doing to move today????

I'm suppose to do the ellipticle for 40 minutes, do a 60 minute cardio class and then a 60 minute poles class.  We shall see......

Sorry you are having a hard time but remember we love you and if you need to talk all you have to do is ask. You can pm me and I will give you my cell number. Just take it one day and one mintue at a time. Going back to the gym and work on some machines no cardio today but will try strenght training.

Not much planned today.  laundry, grocery shopping and to bed early I think.  I am suffering from the "loomy gloomies" and I think it is from not running for several days.  It has thrown my system out of whack!
