Relax - we have all been through them and they are normal.  Your body needs time to adjust to the shock it is going through. This is where you may start to lose inches so you should take your body measurements and use those to see what your body is doing. You are way too early out to hit a plateau - so it is a mior settling of your body. It still would not do any harm to drink more, up and change your exercise routine etc and you may be pleasently surprised in a week or so...

Do not feel despar -you are doing tremendously well!

Ditto to what the others said...it's normal at this point.  Watch the water and protein levels and watch the inches!  This will be over in no time!
