3 month check up

So today was my 3 month check up. I went in and saw the nurse practitioner, Jeannine. I was worried about the scale not showing a lower number because it hadn't moved down that much. Well I get on the scale and low & behold, it was down 5 1/2 lbs since Tuesday. That is a total of 15 1/2 pounds since Monday, July 14. So the totals so far are 84 lbs since my pre op appointment and 63 lbs since my surgery. I am more than stoked about that.

Other than that.... My labs are great, except for a bit low in Vitamin D so I am increasing my Vitamin A&D to 2 a day for a while. Everything else is great. I get my iron, vitamin D and B12 rechecked in 6 weeks and go back to see her in 3 months for my 6 month check up.

I could not be prouder of weight loss and the progress I am making. Thanks to everyone for all the support.
