My BMI

So here it is almost 2 weeks after seeing my surgeon for my 1 year post op. He said it was OK if I never lost another pound that he was happy with a 100 lb weight loss for me. I agreed and decided to change my goal to 146 since I have maintained that weight for 4 months. Lo and Behold..the scale started moving...down. I weighed in yesterday and today at 143 and checked my BMI..Guess what? I"M NORMAL

Well my weight is normal...those of you that know me know there is nothing normal with me! LOL

Now off to lunch with my girls...see ya later.

Congratulations!!! That is so cool that the scale is moving again. It seems like when I start to complain that the scale isn't moving, then I'll have a couple pound loss. Maybe we should "complain" more. hmmmm
