9 months out

Well just doing my monthly check in, I am nine months out and down a total of 150 pounds which is very exciting. I still have another 75 I would like to lose before thinking of plastic surgery. Even after having a few problems I can finally say I am glad I did this. I am now working about 60 hours a week which last year was impossible to even work half that. Thanks to all those that post words of wisdom and encouragement it really helps along this journey to know you are not alone. Good luck to all on your paths!
