Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics......

Well, it's going to be another hot one here at the ebach.  Make sure that you stay cool and hydrated, and if possible...stay in as much as possible or in the water.  Be cool!

So....what are YOU doing to move today????

Me?  Well, the calendar shows ellipticle for 40 minutes during lunch and toning work at home tonight.  HOWEVER....if my plans work out as I hope they do, I may forgo tonight's workout.  We shall see......

Hey there.  I ran six miles this am and hope to get in six more tonight if it is not too hot.  I will be doing 30 minutes on the elpitical at 5 today.  I am sure I will find a few muscles I never knew that I had.
