I forgot to mention in my earlier post......

You should go and see a chiropracter for your neck and back issues.  Steve and I see Dr. Nicholas Rulli.  He's on Brook Road, close to Lakeside and he can usually get you in pretty quickly.  He also has a massage therapist on staff!  Let me know if you want the number.

Happy Birthday to your dad! Ugh - so hot. Try and stay cool today I have a friend who swears by the chiropractor as well - and she has sent several other friends who have all been pleased with the results.

I had a busy, fun weekend (yes, it's summer so I can count my weekend Thursday through Monday. Bonus about being a teacher!) in Lynchburg at my parent's house. My sister came and brought my favorite baby in all the land! My sister is awesome, by the way, and so is her kid (who turned 18 months while we were there). I'll only see her one more time before the new baby comes! My dad owns some land near Lynchburg on a mountain that we call Thorn Acres b/c it's straight up, rocky, and awful. Why he bought it, I'll never know! (he loves it, though) We took Abby (the baby) out there to release some goldfish in the pond and have a picnic. I took the 4-wheeler out and, naturally, it died at the bottom of the mountain. So, in my jeans that were falling down anyway, I had to hike all the way straight back up that mountain. *whew* But the good news is - I didn't die!

Today I'm back and getting caught up on being home - I have errands to run and I'll probably go sit in the pool and read, my favorite thing to do I'm also going back to the gym for the first time since my surgery! Dr. E cleared me to go last week, but I've been in Lynchburg so I've just stepped up my walking to "workout style" for my exercise. But I'm about to head out to go swim at the gym.

Wow, I'm a rambler today. (shocker) Have a great one everyone!
