You can't get bored...try new things.  Even if it's just dancing in front of the mirrior to your favorite old school tunes.  You've gone through too much not to work out.  If you have extended cable there is the fitness network with workout shows throughout the day.  You've gotta move it to lose it!!!!!!!!  If all else fails...walk in place for an hour,
blessing to you!

Put on an ipod or walkman or whatever and move around the house.  If it's not too hot, walk around the block.  Heck...just house cleaning can count toward exercise.  It is easy to get bored...try do do something every day or at least every other day.  Mix it up a little.  You will get into a new routine before you know it!

Not sure what you are doing now, but you must jazz things up to stay with it.

Do you have the On Demand channel?  There are LOTS of free workouts on there.

Dancing is great.  What about walking or hiking?  Maybe take a day trip to someplace and do a hike.  It does not have to be a long hike, in fact, hike for a little while, stop and rest, and hike some more.

Also, check into some of the fitness centers around you.  Often times, they will allow you a free day to try out the place,.  I know Gold's gym only charges $10.00 for the day, which allows you to take as many of their classes etc for the day.  Maybe make that a weekly treat.  if you take 2 or three classes in a day, or use their cardio cinema (which is totally cool by the way) and add a class, it can be worth the $10.00 to do something different.

Maybe you need a change of environment.

Kersha,  As per our conversation earlier you can make some makeshift weights by filling up empty milk jugs, etc.  Please try to walk as much as you can, and it is FREE :) , situps and floor exercises can be done at home to your favorite music.  Be creative and get movin   you will notice a big change in your weight loss and how you are feeling.

Definitely shake it up.  Buy some videos that you can use.  There are all sorts of things available, belly dancing, yoga, pilates, dance, walking, all available on video that you can follow along with.  I actually have a dance one, I think it is a dvd that I do not use.  If you would like it PM me with your address & I will send it to you.
