What are you eating today? Me? Well I made cottage cheese pancakes for breakfast. Have had a cuppa java..well two cups.
After I ride my bike, I will have a protein shake.
Lunch will be deli ham rollups...ham wrapped around spinach leaves dipped in honey mustard.
Hmmm dinner.. maybe I'll take one of your ideas!
Of course, I will also get in my water and vitamins.

I've got a scrambled egg w/ a slice of canadian bacon for breakfast.
Lunch is a South Beach entree (I forgot to pack lunch last night)
Not sure about dinner yet. It's just me, so it could be anything - haha
Plus, I've got a few snack, plus water and vitamins.....

ok i still suck at this eating thing. breakfast........2 cups coffee and vits. i have no clue what i will do for lunch or dinner. i love summer time but when i don't have a schedule to follow, i get messed up on everything. i so want to excersise again. walking is just keeping me at a steady weight, but i still have some weight to drop from PS. i guess it could be my sucky eating habits too. Jen, i have to go to the PS surgeon today. i have a small spot on my arm that's infected. i'll let you know what's going on. see you wednesday.
Here's my day. I follow low-carb and I eat 6 times daily due to blood sugar issues:
Coffee with Splenda and splash of French vanilla creamer (my daily indulgence)
Breakfast: spinach, egg and Havarti quiche cup (crustless)
Snack: Plain Fage with 1 splenda, 15 almonds and dried cranberries
Lunch: Chicken salad and lettuce rollups
Snack: Spicy Thai tuna fish and cottage cheese
Dinner: Large baby green salad with oil and vinegar, 2 -3 oz salmon
Snack (if I need it): turkey rollups
Coffee with Splenda and splash of French vanilla creamer (my daily indulgence)

Handful of Cracklin' Oat Bran (hey it has 6 grams of fiber & 4 grams of protein, haha)
1 Cup of Coffee (yucky work blend, haha)
Snack (10:30) -
6oz of Kroger Carb Controlled Yogurt with some Benefiber (thats 12 grams of yummy protein)

Lunch (12:30) -
Half or Turkey Sandwich with Cheese/Light Mayo/Mustard
Orange
Cheese Cubes (yeah, not gonna do well with my fiber issue, haha)
Light Cranberry Raspberry Juice

Sweet & Salty Almond Nut Bar
Diet Green Tea

Hey....if you are looking for extra fiber, here are some good choices for ya:
Fiber One bars - Oats and Chocolate is pretty good
South Beach Tide Me Over Starwberry/Banana drinks (also has a bit of protein in it, too)
2 drinks and a Fiber One bar has real close to 25 grams of fiber.
Also, V-8 has a juice that is higher in fiber. Check it out if you like tomato juice.
All Bran crackers and cereal "buds" are high in fiber as well. I eat the crackers almost daily (my new addiction - haha).
Ever since seeing Dr Oz on Oprah saying that we need 25 grams of fiber a day, I have made it my mission to try hard to get that. Most days, I succeed.....just as my guys - hehehe

Thanks, Jill. I'll definitely try the fiber one bars. I'm always looking for something that I can carry around in my purse. I have a habit of being gone longer than I want and I end up not eating right and just drinking my day away. I'm so sick of my protein bars too, blech. They just weight me down. I eat the South Beach & Pure Protein from time to time, but I prefer the drinks.
Not a big fan of V-8, but I may give it a whirl. I've never had All bran, hmm...

I'm addicted to Emerald's Trail Mix right now. Probably not the best choice, but I love it when I need a good crunch. There could be worse things to get addicted too, haha!

snack was cottage cheese
lunch will be a garden salad and a small bit of tuna
snack protein shake
dinner doesn't really happen on Monday's...so I'll have some more protein shake!
snack string cheese, maybe some kettle corn
