1st day back to work

Oh lordy, lordy. I can back to work with my desk nicely decorated welcoming me back. I got more compliments from my coworkers than ever. I was happy to see everyone, but was feeling so sick. I was dry heaving and vomitting so bad that I thought I was going to die. So I talked to Jeannine and we are going to do the camera down the throat thing to make sure that everything is ok. Dr. Hutcher was reluctant to take my case because when I was preggo with my son I was so sick that I had at home health nurses coming to give me iv fluids because I was getting sick so much. He said his worry is that when I start loosing the weight and it starts to affect my hormones he is scared I will get sick all over. In my heart I think thats what is starting to happen and it scares the Hell out of me because I remember how sick I was with my son. I just keep trying to think positive thoughts and know I did this surgery for all the right reasons and that I am in the best hands possible. Jeannine and Dr. Hutcher are the best medical team I could hope to have, so I am going to leave it in there hands. I feel bad that I was put back out of work, but I know I need to try to get this resolved before I go back into that stressful situation.

Oh dear! You poor thing. I am so sorry that you are still going through the feeling sick. But you are right. You are in excellent hands with the team of health care providers you have. While I have not seen Dr Hutcher for medical reasons, I have seen him and talked to him around the office but... He is partners with Dr Bautista, who did my surgery, so that must make him awesome!!! hehe Jeannine is completely wonderful as is Maya. They will do what it takes to get to the bottom of this so just keep trusting them to continue to look out for you.

Please take it easy and take care of yourself. Let us know what they decide to do and what they find out. I will pray for you hun, that they figure things out and that you have a speedy recovery!
