Hi everyone!

I know I know, I have been a complete stranger for months!  I hope everyone is doing ok.  I don't even recall the last time I was here.  Life sure has been keeping me busy and with alot of twists and turns.  Weight loss has stopped , in fact i have gained some back.  It is all me;  I haven't been exercising or watching what i put in my mouth.  I feel as though I haven't had the surgery at all some days.  I take full responsiblitly for it and I deeply want to get back on track but at this point I'm thinking it's too late and I don't know or have forgotten how.  Anyway, just thought i would confess a little, always good for the soul.  Hope to chat with you kind folks again soon.

Nice to see you again! It is never to late to get back on track. Get back to the basics...Protein, Water and Exercise = weight loss.

Life is always full of twists and turns. It is how we deal with them that makes us stronger.

One word for you girl.  Awesome!  You look fabulous.  I plan on staying around here.  May not post often, but I will be around.  I need you all and am glad to be back among friends who know what it is like to walk a mile in these shoes.  Hmm walking..that is a thought.

OMG!!!! There is my Judy I have been so worried about you girl I have emailed and called the # I had for you and never got anything!! Anyway so glad to see your smiling face back on here. Dont worry about what you have written I myself have had some issues too, thanks to some medicines and not being at home and running back and forth to classes. It happens and I feel like a duck out of water somedays. Im trying to get back on track like you so your not alone girl. Im so glad to see you here!!! Dont you ever leave us again!!!!

Miss Judy you have been missed tremendously!!!!!  So good to "see" you.  As the others have said, we all get off track.  It isn't too late though, go back to the basics, some dedication & hard work & you can do it!!  We are here for you!
