Thanks so much for the well wishes for Cameron. He is getting better but still has the infections. It is truly amazing how one day I was on 17 pills and 4 shots, and days after my surgery, I am off of all of it but 1 pill. The RNY was truly a life saver. Good luck hun!

T-- I am so proud of you! You totally get this. I too was an insulin dependent diabetic..I was off all meds 1 week post op. keeping fingers,toes crossed for Cameron.

Awww thanks so much Jen! I am definitely trying to make sure I get this as best I can. I fault but I try to learn. This surgery is definitely a life saver. The best thing I have done in my life besides becoming a mom!

First congrats on becoming in remission and hopefully the a1c will be 5.8 and that would be great. As far as Cameron I hope and pray he will get well real soon it is no fun having a double ear infection.

Hi Pat. Thanks so much. I am praying that the numbers will be low but I am sure they will be better than they were at 2 weeks post op, 10.8. They can only get better. And thanks for the prayers for Cameron, he is getting better.
