ITS TOTALLY TUESDAY YA'LL!!

Good morning friend wow 4 children sounds like a great day for a headache. lol but I know you your good with kids you will have a great day playing in the pool and in the nature with them, your a great mother so they will have a blast. Hope your day is free from rain so they have there fun time. My weekend and Monday has been sad as you know the funeral today but Im home studying and jeep in the shop AGAIN for air condition I just had fixed last month well its not working again!! So Im taking and dropping that off in a little while and  I have a meeting later in the eve. and more study and homework later. Hope you all have a great day and be safe.....

Went to Virginia Beach Monday with girlfriends because the kids are all tucked away at camp...what a gorgeous day it was at the beach. Hardly any traffic, cool breeze, not too hot...rented an umbrella and lounge chairs, played in the water and just had a kid-free blast! It was the first time I had been to the beach since surgery, and the first time wearing a bathing suit out in public. I have a bikini, but was too scared to wear it so I wore my nice new one-piece that I still cannot believe is a size 6. I got a new T-shirt from The Raven...my fave restaurant on the beach...because my old one was a 2XL. I am now the proud owner of 2 Youth Large T-shirts because they did not have adult smalls! I marveled at the end of the day how blessed I am with such extraordinary, supportive friends and the opportunity to fully enjoy my life again. I did get burnt to a crisp despite sunscreen, because my poor skin has not seen sunlight in sooo many years because I would never be caught dead in a bathing suit; hence, I never went to the beach, ever! It was almost like rediscovering a long-lost friend. I did not want to return to work today after 4 days of playtime!

Hi Kit Kat,          Have a great time with your nephews! Yesterday was great because my stimulus check arrived. Today I interviewed for a part time job....ushering at events at UVA. Football season is coming up as well as concerts and Broadway musicals. Looking forward to a little more income. This will be a nice diversion from the work that I already do.      The heat is a bit much to take...cooling off is great!!!   Cindy
