I finally did it, for those that want it!!
With being stuck home for most of the weekend because of Cameron being sick, I finally sat down and figured out a recipe for that Enchilada Casserole that I took to Jackies. I know quite a few of ya'll asked for it but I forgot. So those that want the recipe, please let me know and I would be more than happy to email it to you!
