This has been a week for sure. I went to Walmart the other day to get some new work shirt and was supprised to get into size large mens shirts. Well I went back to get some meds and tried on some pants and got into size 20 and 18's. Then yesterday went to Kmart and guess what I got into size large woman's shirts and a size 20 capri jean pants oh my I cannot believe this. I was is size 22/24 and now 20 that is a wow I will not forget. Lets just say I am not believing what I am seeing. Got on the scales and am at 223 so not bad and I will see what the doctor scales say Tuesday morning I will let you know after I get back. Thank you all for your love and support.
