Onederland

Hey Everyone, Just had to share that I am at 198 pounds. The day I started my liquid diet I was 220. The day of surgery I weighed in at 209. I am so excited, I haven't been in the hundreds in over 2 years. lol..I have 48 more pounds before I get to my first goal of 150 pounds.  Hope you all have a Happy 4th of July. Thank you!! Actually yesterday was the first day I was not feeling good. I ate chilli, and I knew I should have eaten the beef, but the temptation was there, and I payed for it. I was so uncomfortable for a few hours. I learned my lesson though...lol..Thanks again for the compliment. Erica
